These terms govern your use of the Tourative mobile app and the tourative.com website (together, the “Service”), operated by Tourative (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tourative.

Community content

You’re responsible for the routes, reviews, photos, and other content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party information

Tourative surfaces destination information, weather, and prayer times/Qibla direction from third-party sources and community contributions. We don’t guarantee this information is accurate or up to date, and you use it at your own discretion — especially for travel and safety decisions.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Tourative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
